Minimum Qualification:   Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Auditing.
Minimum Experience:  4 – 6 years in project management   SETA or project coordination experience 
Duties: Plan, coordinate, validate and monitor the implementation of SDP Projects. Provide support to the provinces through capacity building. Strong Auditing background will be advantageous. Experience with electronic systems. Reconcile and manage project commitments. Monitor project MOA's (Contracts) Prepare and validate project payments. Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
