Project Planning and Execution:o Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.o Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, toensure efficient project execution.o Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to achieveproject goals and client satisfaction. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regularcommunication and addressing inquiries promptly.o Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughoutthe project lifecycle. Quality Assurance and Compliance:o Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatoryrequirements.o Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to uphold company's reputation for excellence. Team Leadership and Development:o Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative andproductive work environment.o Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning andprofessional growth.
