We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects and Sales Administrator to join our team in the X-ray department.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Responsibilities: Capital Equipment Ordering: Manage the process of ordering capital equipment, ensuring timely procurement and delivery to meet project requirements.
Processing of License documents for clients.
Supplier and Shipping Management: Liaise with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders, tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.
Booking Forward cover Stock Take: Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
Payment Processing: Assist in processing payments related to equipment orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Licensing Compliance: Collaborate with the relevant authorities, such as SAPHRA, to ensure proper licensing of X-ray, CT, MRI, Dental, and Ultrasound equipment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Communication and Coordination: Keep the sales team informed about the expected arrival of stock and work closely with the installation coordinator to ensure smooth equipment installation.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the X-ray department, including maintaining records, organizing documentation and managing correspondence.
Completing Government Tenders.
Requirements Requirements: Previous experience in project management and sales administration, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in using various software applications, such as inventory management systems, MS Office Suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing processes related to medical equipment is desirable.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
