Projects And Business Development Manager

Our client is looking for a Projects and Business Development Manager to join their company.
Purpose of the position:

Plan, execute, and complete projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to implementation and final delivery.
Develop project plans, define project objectives and goals, allocate resources, manage budgets, coordinate project teams, communicate with stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that projects are completed to meet customer specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, engineers, technicians, and other team members.

Qualifications required:

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Management or a related field.
Technical Diploma/Degree in Project Management
3-5 years of experience in the field

Skills required:

Proficient knowledge of the requirements of the Engineering industry.
Proficient knowledge of business and importance of time keeping.
Proficient knowledge of the principles of project management, methodologies and execution.
Proficient knowledge of the Process Plant industry.
Proficient knowledge and understanding of contractual law.
Work experience in managing resources, costs, risk and people.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and Microsoft Projects.
Familiar with workplace safety and quality requirements (Specifically ISO 9001:2015).
Familiar with technical know-how of technologies used in industry.
A basic understanding of engineering principles.
