Reporting directly to the Project Manager on-site and the Administration Manager at head office, the ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely project administration, tender preparation, and quantity surveying activities.
Key Responsibilities Tender Management: Coordinate tender meetings, prepare Bills of Quantities, and compile tender submissions with precision and adherence to deadlines.
Project Planning: Establish project administration systems, facilitate contract signings, and manage project documentation from initiation to completion.
Quantity Surveying: Accurately calculate price variations, compile monthly claims, manage subcontractor fees, and submit final accounts.
Project Administration: Maintain thorough records, handle correspondence, submit extension requests, and compile Operations and Maintenance manuals for project handover.
Quality Assurance: Uphold efficient workspaces, adhere to company systems, and consistently demonstrate professional and ethical conduct.
Qualifications and Skills Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
Experience in tender management, project administration, and quantity surveying in a construction environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project milestones.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
