RCL FOODS is on the hunt for a proactive and analytically thinking Project Support Services Co-Ordinator to join the Group Services Division on a Fixed Term Contract. The Project Support Services Co-Ordinator will report to the ERP Programme Manager and the role will be based at Westville.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team, including maintenance of the project plan, maintenance and updating of a project website, and project reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assistance with the development and maintenance of Programme information, policies, and standards.
Support execution of Programme Management Office tasks such as mobilisation of resources and development of orientation material.
Support of Programme Manager in monitoring and controlling the detailed plans, standards, and Programme operations procedures.
Support of the Programme Manager to track Programme timelines and deliverables.
Co-ordination of status meetings, minutes, and programme documentation.
Administration of project facilities and equipment, including office space, meeting rooms, furniture, telephones, etc.
Co-ordinate travel and accommodation bookings and associated logistics.
Support and assist with delivery of key documentation and reports.
Co-ordination & consolidation of weekly/monthly team lead reporting.
Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management, and internal communication.
Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Steering Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, and summary of costs incurred.
Maintain the Project team site and manage the Project Library documentation.
Manage and co-ordinate communication recipients and groups with the Change Management Lead.
Support key communication initiatives.
Establish standards, tools, and procedures for use on the project, including Action, Issue, Risk, Change, and Information Management.
Manage the Actions, Issues, and Risks logs (AIRs) with the relevant functional lead.
Support functional leads and full project teams at Go-live.
Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
Assists with the production of user documentation.
Assists with testing.

Minimum Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Project Management.
3+ years' experience in compiling Project Plans.
FMCG experience will be advantageous.
Computer literacy (MS Office and especially proficiency in Excel).
Internal business knowledge would be advantageous.
Co-ordinating business change projects.
Experience of managing the implementation of business applications.
Experience of ERP delivery is desirable.

Knowledge:

Project Management Lifecycle.
Understanding of Actions, Issues & Risk Management.
