Roles and Responsibilities:
This position has a strong interface with the Finance division. A background in bookkeeping is required for efficiency in this role.
Administer and oversee the daily operational aspects of new and ongoing projects:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures;
Documenting and monitoring that decisions taken during meetings are actioned;
Facilitating project procurement management;
Ensuring project deadlines are met;
Drafting slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives as required;
Coordinating and scheduling calendar appointments;
Managing all incoming and outgoing communications related to projects and work being conducted;
Creating and maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports;
Creating and issuing purchase orders;
Maintaining customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports;
Preparing progress presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials;
Reporting and Finance Responsibilities:
Invoicing of cash deals (Pastel);
QC invoicing and related reports (Pastel);
Intercompany recharges;
Commission reports;
Stock reports;
Project reports;

Education:
Grade 12.
Diploma in project management would be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years working within a projects' administration environment.
Experience with basic bookkeeping specifically using Pastel Accounting.
Civil works or solar background would be a definite advantage.
