Key Responsibilities: Project Support Taking ownership for compiling complex reports for our clients, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adding value to the end product.Managing assignment related administration and providing operational support to Consultant and Research teams. Recruitment Administration: Conduct reference checks and ensure thorough documentation.Perform integrity and background checks on candidates.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate information regularly.Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team. Desktop Research: Assist in sourcing and compiling research on candidates, clients and market trends.Conduct internet searches and data gathering to support recruitment initiatives. Integrity Checks: Verify candidate credentials, qualifications, and assist with references as part of the screening process.Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements in candidate verification processes. Requirements: Degree essentialExperience in project support in a professional services environment.Proven experience in taking ownership of and delivering high quality complex admin projects on a tight deadline.Ability to conduct online research and gather and present relevant data efficiently..Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new technology and software.
