Responsibilities Identify and categorize stakeholders based on their influence and impact on the project. Analyse stakeholder needs and expectations to inform project strategies. Develop and implement a stakeholder communication plan to ensure timely and relevant information dissemination. Facilitate regular updates and meetings to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and changes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners. Address and resolve any concerns or conflicts that may arise, fostering a collaborative environment. Create and execute stakeholder engagement strategies that align with project goals.
