The Warehouse Project Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting various regions by implementing logistics strategies through project-based initiatives. This position is essential in ensuring that operational requirements are met effectively across all warehouse locations, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Project Implementation: Lead and manage logistics projects across different regions to align with the overall operational strategy. Develop and implement project plans that support the optimization of warehouse processes and logistics strategies. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. Regional Support: Collaborate with regional warehouse teams to identify and address operational challenges through project-driven solutions. Provide guidance and support to regional teams in executing logistics strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals. Act as a liaison between regional teams and the Warehouse Manager to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Operational Requirements: Analyse and understand the operational needs of each region to develop tailored project solutions. Ensure that all projects are designed to meet the specific logistical requirements of each region, enhancing efficiency and performance. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations. Data Management & Reporting: Utilise Microsoft Dynamics to manage project data, track progress, and generate reports. Provide detailed reports and presentations on project outcomes, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all project-related documentation. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned with business goals. Foster strong relationships with regional teams and external partners to facilitate effective project execution. Lead project meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder buy-in. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a logistics or warehouse environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems. Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
