You will be responsible for managing all services projects & engagements. You will have to ensure that the regional technical resources (Technology Advisers) are appropriately scheduled across all areas of direct customer interaction, which extends to technical support, certified learning workshops, learning marking, and sales support. Where the schedule requirements exceed that of regional capacity (or technical capability), you must engage cross-regionally with their peers or with the Technical Product Group for assistance, or alternatively, sub-contract partners where appropriate. As the Hiring Manager for the regional Technology Advisers, you'll have to systematically build the TA team depth through application of the internal learning, and in line with the business demands agreed with your Operations Manager.
