Join our dynamic team as a Project & RFP Controller and play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient project programming and seamless RFP (Request for Fee Proposal) management across our architectural practice.Key Responsibilities:Team Programming:Track production and resource allocation.Monitor work stages, deliverables, and project timelines.Review team organograms and provide feedback for optimization.Fee Projections & Billing:Oversee fee tracking and invoicing processes.RFP & Tender Management:Coordinate RFP processes, draft fee proposals, and manage documentation.Conduct weekly RFP meetings and assess profitability and capacity.Contracts & Agreements:Draft and manage Client Architect Agreements in coordination with leaders and legal representatives.Team & Project Coordination:Allocate resources, maintain team structures, and manage internal coordination.Technical Proficiency:Deltek Vantage, Gantt, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Essential Skills & Criteria:Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication skills with fluency in English.Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage confidential information.Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.General Mathematics is essential.Behavioral Traits:Professional, flexible, and a strong team player.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to contribute to an innovative architectural practice, we'd love to hear from you!Join us and help shape the future of our projects with precision and excellence!
