This is an exciting role that will work on an emerging design team to manage multiple sustaining programs, ensuring alignment with overall strategic company goals.Responsibilities:Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.Oversees all aspects of projects/programs. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of the project/program.Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program.Top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical):Oversee and manage multiple sustaining programs, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals of the company.Work closely with various stakeholders, including digital content creators, to ensure project alignment and success.Plan and manage sprints, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Utilize best practices while developing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical):6+ years of experience preferably in managing mass-produced goods/electronics.Professional experience utilizing Jira or similar project management tools.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Soft Skill Requirements (team Fit/personality Requirements):Packaging experience is a plus.Strong stakeholder management skills.Sprint management experience on digital content projects.
