JOB SUMMARY They seek a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Manager to join their Professional Services Team.
This role involves managing client and internal projects, ensuring high implementation standards from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will effectively coordinate across various departments, consistently following up with clients and utilizing feedback to optimize project outcomes.
This includes project reporting, timekeeping, follow-ups, assisting with Professional Services billing reports, managing expectations, etc.
The candidate should meticulously manage milestones and budget tracking with the correct flags in place. Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.Testing: Manage comprehensive tests at each project phase to ensure high implementation standards and proactively address any issues that arise.Client Interaction: The role also requires managing client deliverables .
Additionally, it requires maintaining continuous communication with clients regarding project status, hours worked, and obtaining necessary sign-offs.Risk Management: Identify and evaluate potential risks in projects.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks to ensure smooth project progression.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work across various departments within to ensure successful project completion.Feedback Implementation: Utilise client feedback to make informed decisions about future projects and potential changes needed to enhance service delivery.Requirements:
Education & Certification Relevant certifications in Project Management are a distinct advantage (CTPM or PMP preferred).Experience At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally within the telecommunications sector.Experience with CPaaS, automated communication workflows, or marketing automation solutions is highly beneficial.
