Key Account Project Manager (75%)
Assist account leads with setting up documentation and approvals including:

Master Services Agreements
Scopes of Work (SoW)
Cost estimates
Client and system setup (IOP)

Set up and maintain budget reconciliation. Ensure the Account team has a communications/project plan aligned with the SoW/Project CE. Collaborate with the Account team to establish a team charter and ways of working. Work with the Resource Manager/Account Lead on staffing.
Track and flag:

Cost Estimates (CEs)
Supplier Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
Supplier invoices and GFS POs
Accruals
Debtors
Contract renewals and MTRs

Once business objectives are in place, support the Account team in day-to-day management focusing on finance, resourcing, budget reconciliations, and SoW alignment.
Studio Project Manager (25%)
Handle costings, IOP project code, and purchase order creation for studio projects (10-20 per week). Set up and maintain budget reconciliation and update the finance tracker.
Attend weekly finance meetings for regional studio jobs. Liaise with regional resource managers weekly to cost out new work. Track and flag:

CEs
SOs/POs
Supplier invoices and GFS POs
Accruals
Debtors
Contract renewals and MTRs

Once business objectives are in place, support the Account team in managing the account focusing on finance, resourcing, budget reconciliation, and SoW alignment.
Requirements
4 to 5 years of experience required.
