Job Description Project Manager / Team Leader: Architect Location: Cape-Town Role Overview: We are seeking a Professional Architect to take charge of leading and managing projects.
This role involves supervising a team and overseeing architectural reports and invoice evaluations, rather than focusing on design tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the architectural aspects of multiple projects.
Examine architectural documents, reports, and invoices.
Manage a team to achieve project objectives.
Attend monthly site meetings to ensure project progress is on schedule.
Requirements: Professional accreditation with SACAP.
Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience .
Expertise in JBCC contracts and the 7 stages of construction .
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to assume a leadership role with minimal supervision.
