What you will be doing: Oversee the entire software development process, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring smooth and timely execution.

What you need: A tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
Ideally 3 - 5 years managing software development projects with an understanding of SDLC processes.
Expertise with either PRINCE2 or PMP methodologies and hands-on SDLC experience, managing all phases from requirements gathering to maintenance.
Strong leadership and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while guiding teams toward project goals.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Familiar with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and software development tools like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for effective project tracking and documentation.
