What you will be doing: Drive successful project delivery by ensuring everything stays on track, within scope, and on budget. Shape project scope / objectives while coordinating resources and maintaining clear allocation to keep the team aligned. Create and maintain detailed project plans, providing stakeholders with regular updates and visibility on progress. Lead key deliverables across internal teams and track performance using effective tools and techniques. Proactively manage risks, addressing challenges as they arise to keep projects moving smoothly. Oversee multiple projects at once, balancing resources effectively to ensure nothing falls behind. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing communications and delivering great results. Identify and escalate commercial opportunities, driving value for the business. Collaborate with peers in the Project Chapter to share insights and best practices. Take charge of project finances, ensuring everything runs efficiently within budget. What you need: A tertiary qualification would be beneficial. PMP/PRINCE II certification is advantageous. 5 years of experience as an IT Software Project Manager with demonstrated experience ideally from a fast-paced complex SDLC environment. Ownership mentality, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities. Adaptable and detail-oriented, able to handle pressure and manage multiple projects with precision. Positive and proactive approach, maintaining a can-do attitude and passion for technology and learning. Strong team player, able to motivate, influence, and collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on fostering strong stakeholder and team relationships.
