Project Manager - Sandton / Wynberg

This leader in the property space is looking for a Property Project Manager to manage small- to medium sized property projects such as renovations and maintenance across Gauteng. Experience & Requirements: Min completed matric min 4-5yrs project management experience with strong technical knowledge in construction and building maintenance of retail buildings. Must be familiar with building standards and compliance regulations. Own car and drivers license and willingness to travel to properties a MUST. Strong understanding of running a project, suppliers and the team on site. Must speak fluent English and Afrikaans. Remuneration: Up to R540K C.T.C. per annum (plus fuel reimbursement) Location: JHB North
