IntroductionJNA Roofing is looking for a Project Manager with experience in roofing and carpentry to join our team. At JNA Roofing, we are dedicated to excellence in every roofing and carpentry project we undertake. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject planning - Create detailed project plans and realistic timelines.Team leadership - Assemble and manage skilled teams of roofers and carpenters to ensure projects run smoothly.Resource management - Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour resources efficiently.Quality control - Oversee projects to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained.Client relations - Maintain strong client relationships.Health & Safety - Uphold health and safety on sites.Managing multiple construction sites hands-on.Desired Experience & QualificationExperience in roofing and carpentry with a proven track record of managing similar projects.Literate in Afrikaans and English.Valid driver's license.Package & RemunerationSalary will be market related and negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
