Project Manager ( Retail Experience )

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
PRODUCTION CONTROLLER -
-( Retail experience ) Mandatory- Onsite-Location: Based in Cape Town ( CBD )
Through a solid understanding of final output requirements and the Clients brand look & feel, ensure that all final files received via the Retail Management System are print ready as per the client brief in RMS.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Ensure all deadlines are met timeously
Maintain standards and quality of work produced within RMS
Supply technical information & client requirements to Internal Retail team
Effectively communicate the production status to all relevant stakeholders
Ensure Job complies with the client and ISO standards of pre-flight and proofing for the intended output
Ensure all time spent on jobs are recorded within RMS and that final approved artwork is uploaded in the guardbook via RMS

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 4 - 5 years experience in a similar role. Strong project management skills are required. Knowledge of Retail Marketing, Retail Client Service, Basic Print, Repro and DTP highly beneficial. RMS experience will be beneficial. Intermediate computer skills.
