Job description
To oversee and ensure a professional online registration and booking process of independent contractors that is simple, efficient and in line with company policies, processes and relevant legislation in line with agreed SLAs.
Networking initiatives.
To effectively affiliate and on-board the independent contractors in a way that they act as a brand ambassador in all their interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including third party organisations, and our customers in a manner that demonstrates an accurate representation of the company's values and code of conduct.
To oversee and manage a team of Administrators in line with agreed SLAs and in a way that ensures service excellence to internal and external stakeholders.
To enhance and improve the workflows and supporting technology in line with business needs.
To ensure all queries and technical issues are resolved timeously and in a satisfactory manner within agreed SLAs.
To ensure all internal and external stakeholders receive adequate training and support timeously.
To provide trend analysis and reporting in order to drive management decision making.
To effectively estimate and manage the project timelines.
To provide relevant and timely reports to management for operational and project decision making.
To manage risks and engage around problem solving.
To optimise capital spend on store projects.

Job Experience
Essential:
2 years demonstrated track record of project management/delivery to timelines and SLAs experience in Retail / FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Store Operations recruitment.
Demonstrated track record of delivering to business needs and targets in a fast, high pressured environment.
Education:
Essential: 3 year degree / Project management / Business / Commercial specialisation or working towards tertiary qualification.
