We are seeking a Project Manager (Principal) for a permanent vacancy based in Pretoria, Gauteng. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: BSc, B. Eng or BTech qualification in built environment with professional registration as a Construction Project Manager with SACPCMPProject management qualification advantageous, as well as post grad project management, business, or legal related studiesGood knowledge of and experience in built environment, planning processes, statutory processes, government policies and leading teams10+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years' experience in complex building and / or infrastructure projectsGood ability on MS Office suiteThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Lead and manage multiple complex projectsManage costs, scheduling and technical mattersCompile / review contracts and agreementsBuild / maintain external stakeholder relationshipsProject and programme management & contract administrationManagement of service providersSourcing new work and concluding contractsTechnical advice to clientsEnsure compliance with all legislationAbility to budget and maximise sustainable revenue streams Salary: Market related
