RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:The responsibility of the Project Manager/Personal Assistant is not exhaustive and may change from time-to-time as decided by Management.- Assist the Development Team Lead in managing and overseeing the development projects from conception to completion.- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.- Ensure resource availability and allocation.- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Page 2 of 2- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Handle administrative tasks for the Development Team Lead, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the DevelopmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:- Bachelors degree, diploma, or relevant coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.- Proven experience in Project Management within the IT sector, with at least 3 years in a PM role.- Project Management Certification is desirable. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) is required - Experience with version control systems like Git is desirable - Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities- Experience with data processing, automation, and report generation. - Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and database management practices is considered a plus, but not mandatory- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle is desirable.- Experience working as a Personal Assistant in an administrative role is advantageous.
