Project Manager (Open To Expat)

Our client is in the mining industry is looking for a Project Manager to join thier team, You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, commercial teams, suppliers, town council and government officials to ensure that projects are completed on time. Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Housing project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production and RFP processes.Manage all aspects of the development of the SEZ including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production and RFP processesResponsible for ensuring project is executed within defined scheduleReview all proposed Housing plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunitiesDevelop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budgetCoordinate and manage all aspects relating to the housing projectEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation for the planning and implementation of SEZ infrastructure and housing projectEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standardsManage project resources, including contractors and subcontractorsMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completionCommunicate regularly with stakeholders, including government officials and employeesIdentify and address any project-related issues or challengesPrepare and present project status reports to site and leadership teamSkills
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProven leadership and team management skillQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering or commercial field.Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, preferably in residential or housing projects.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD).
