Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage all assigned Projects from conception to first order placement.Provide Packaging solutions for new products, range re-launches and range extensions.Provision of all information in order for concept team to finalise product costings.Be involved in the appropriate phases of the NPD process to ensure the correct management of the Packaging process as the product moves from Concept to Launch.Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders for information and samples.Generate and manage the Packaging critical path in conjunction with the NPD and Project Teams.Regular updating of Project Status Sheet and providing updates to internal and external Stakeholders.Work with the Process team on trials, ensuring customer approval of packaging.Ensure that all Packaging for new products meets with Customer and Business expectations whilst adhering to legislative, quality, safety and environmental standards.Proactively investigate innovative and new Packaging solutions for new and existing product lines.Identify and visit new potential Suppliers that can help us achieve our goals of excellence in Packaging innovation and Sustainability.Support to cross-functional Project teams on all Packaging related issues.Establish and manage Supplier relationships.Checking and signing off of artwork for printing.Attendance at Packaging print runs.Desired Experience & QualificationDegree in Project Management, Brand Management and/or Packaging Diploma through IPSA.5 years relevant experience in one or more of the following: FMCG Project Management and Administration, Account/Traffic Management in a Design Agency or manufacturing/production environment.Experience and knowledge of artwork and reprographic procedures.Experience in providing effective Packaging solutions across a range of Packaging substrates.Understanding of the various Printing processes and associated substrates.Understanding of the technical aspects of print processes.Key competencies and work ethicKnowledge of packaging technical / design advantageous.Familiarity with and a desire to work in a cross functional team environment.The ability to manage multiple work streams to agreed deadlines.Able to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environmentExcellent written and communication skills.Confident and motivated.Good project management and organisational skills.Team player.Travel required where necessary.Own car essential.Package & RemunerationMarket relatedInterested?Reporting to: Enpak Operations Manager – Kathy GoundenJob Type: Full Time - PermanentWorking Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday
