We are looking for a candidate with suitable qualifications and experience to join our professional services team.

Main purpose of Job: Manage software project implementation on schedule and within budget while delivering a quality IsoMetrix system to clients and delivering reference sites for the business.

Primary responsibilities: Full management of multiple projects in the GRC environment using a web-based, agile framework and pre-configured modules (called Solution Template). There could also be a number of bespoke projects. Responsible for implementation in line with established project processes and contribute to ongoing improvement of processes. Review project process outputs to ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project risks and reporting. Manage client relationships for the duration of the project. Manage change control and scope creep. Manage the project plan, budget, and resources allocated to the project. Oversee project billings and time management control. Work with SMEs, Project Sponsors, Project Implementation teams, internal developers, and test analysts to achieve quality results. Minimum education experience: Bachelor's Degree. Certification in Project Management. Knowledge of Software Development Cycle. At least 3 years of experience managing complex software projects. Valid Passport and driving license; must be willing to travel. Additional requirements: Experience in running Agile projects. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of IsoMetrix Software. Business Analyst qualification and experience. Governance, Risk, and Compliance subject matter knowledge. Personal attributes: Ability to work under pressure. Problem solver. Very organized.
