Reference: 9944 AV Consultant:Anneke Viviers Job Description: Agile Practices & Process OptimisationGuide teams in adopting agile practices, optimising processes, and aligning with overall business objectives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting measurable goals and driving agile transformations.Promote an agile mindset across the organisation, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.Maintain objectivity regarding issues and troubleshoot using agile principles.End-to-End Project ManagementLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and implementation plans.Play a key role in the development of high-performance teams, providing direction, motivation, and purpose.Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.Establish processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle.Ensure seamless management of project scope, timelines, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.Develop databases and tools to track project performance and monitor milestone achievements.Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.Develop strong relationships with third-party vendors to maximise project efficiency and delivery.Cross-Functional Coordination and Team DevelopmentCollaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and SMEs to develop project scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.Liaise with managers and clients to optimise efficiency, productivity, and project deliverables.Manage project outcomes and risks, escalating issues as necessary.Ensure projects meet goals on time and within budget, making adjustments when needed for optimal results.Share learnings across teams.Program Strategy and Portfolio OversightDevelop and implement strategies for projects and programs that align with company objectives.Oversee cross-project initiatives to ensure optimal ROI.Develop project assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.Maintain high standards for client satisfaction, quality, and performance across all projects.Oversee project portfolios, aligning initiatives with business goals, and ensuring resources are optimally utilised.Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and provide strategic solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant field.Certification as agile coach or scrum master. (beneficial)PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
