Position Overview
The successful Project Manager will integrate and align Training and Development, Human Resources, Supply Chain, SHE (regulatory and legal) as well as Operations/Engineering and Project Management functions to effectively implement ISNetworld as Tronox's information system to manage Contractors.
Primary Responsibilities
The envisioned outcome for implementing ISN is to deliver globally aligned and standardized processes for the pre qualification, monitor and maintain training and competence records for contractor employees, operational monitoring, evaluation, and terminations of contractors used within our business - as this is aligned with the MHSA and OHSA legislation.
The successful candidate will therefore drive the project implementation with above in mind.
Further To That The Individual Will Have To
Work closely with ISNet staff to implement the MHSA and OHSA into the software.Integrate all relevant stakeholders in the project.Have regular feedback meetings with project sponsors.
Standards And Process Documentation
Responsible for defining the required project documentation from project initiation through project closure.Responsible for developing IT dashboards for tracking performance against IT metrics and benchmarks on a monthly basisResponsible for tracking IT goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Design
Oversee demand management; prioritization, scheduling, resourcing, and tracking of initiatives in collaboration with leadership & key stakeholders, alerting management of potential risks & opportunities.Managing Project ResourcesResource requirements forecastingCoordinate IT department resources so that required technical work is delivered at high quality and on time.Resource balancing (capacity versus demand)Track IT resources according to the "Project and Resource Alignment" and report on resource availability as needed.
Work
Responsible for managing the project intake process and working with the IT bucket leaders to ensure that projects are being prioritized and tracked appropriately.Responsible for tracking IT time sheet compliance and providing management with the tools necessary to identify resources trends, project hours, and compliance.Responsible for working with the IT project sponsors to ensure that projects are closed in accordance with Tronox policy and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent3- 5 year of IT Applications or OT Applications management experienceDemonstrated experience with contractor and supplier information management system to ensure that contracted services support both safe facility operations and the company's process safety and personal safety performance goals.Strong organization and coordination skillsDemonstrated experience in developing project strategies and managing complex projects from initiation to completionExcellent communication skills, strong relationship builderMust be a results-oriented motivator with a "can-do" attitude, strong customer support abilitiesMust be a problem solver with varying degrees of complexity
