POSITION PURPOSE
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, creating solutions, achieving deadlines and delivering excellence through effective interaction with clients, suppliers and the internal production team. Responsible for overall management and quality output on allocated specific projects.
Ensuring a smooth end to end process and workflow implementation according to the service offering. Client liaison on high level issues and ensuring that the relationship with the client remains positive before, after and during a project.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Finance and administration:
Develop and manage client quotes and manage project timelines with clients.
Prepare design and production briefs.
Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Proactively manage project risks, implementing and managing project changes and interventions.
Ensure all internal administration/workflow requirements are maintained and completed.
Ensure that project reconciliations, client billing and invoicing is timeously and accurately completed.
Customer:
Ensure effective communication between internal and external parties.
Effective management and resolution of client queries and escalation of project completion and other risks.
Build client relationships (internal and external).
Identify upselling opportunities and pass these through to the relevant departmental heads.
Workflow process:
Develop project plans which include advisory, production, print and digital.
Identify and discuss process improvement opportunities.
Print management, including quality control and signing off print proofs at printers.

Maintain and promote company culture, and implement company initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
University degree/diploma in finance and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position or business; OR Matric with at least a C pass for maths and at least 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar position in the financial reporting industry or a large advertising agency where they were responsible for servicing several client campaigns simultaneously.
Microsoft Windows: Intermediate level: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Advantageous:
Chase software experience.

Own reliable transport, ability to work after hours, attend meetings at client premises and travel if required.
