Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale Job Type: 6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Job Duties: Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders regularly Risk management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle Manage project budget and ensure financial targets are achieved Lead project team meetings and facilitate communication among team members Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or Project Management. Must be a PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Energy, Oil and Gas industry Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Excellent understanding of project management principles and techniques Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically overseeing large-scale engineering or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects similar to the Medupi FGD Retrofit. Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
