Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale
Job Type: 6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties: Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are metMonitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders regularlyRisk management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycleManage project budget and ensure financial targets are achievedLead project team meetings and facilitate communication among team membersEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standardsRequired Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or Project Management.Must be a PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Energy, Oil and Gas industryProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredExcellent understanding of project management principles and techniquesEducation: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically overseeing large-scale engineering or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects similar to the Medupi FGD Retrofit.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management software and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
