Project Manager

Position: Project Manager
Location: Eastern Cape Province, South Africa
Reporting To: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in client consultations and conduct site inspections.
Define project scope and carry out preliminary investigations.
Plan route locations, design projects, and assess existing infrastructure.
Consult with authorities and stakeholders, and advise clients on regulatory and statutory requirements.
Source and collate data, investigate financial implications of proposals, and assist clients in developing project timeframes.
Implement projects effectively.
Understand construction contracts, write reports, and deliver presentations.
Manage a team of five or more personnel.
Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean criminal record.

Candidate Requirements:
Possess an N Diploma, B-Tech, BSc, or B.Eng in Civil Engineering.
Have a minimum of five years of experience in civil infrastructure.
Own a vehicle.
Demonstrate strong experience in civil infrastructure projects.
Remuneration:
Based on experience and qualifications.
