Luckily, you seem to be attracted to us, too.Purpose of the Role:Cloud Direct are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience of delivery of commercial technology migration and modernisation projects. You will be responsible for a portfolio of projects for our customers consisting of a mixture of fixed price and time and materials-based billing.Your delivery team will comprise of a POD of multidisciplinary consultants and architects who will use their expertise in deployment and migration projects, Azure DevOps and/or application development and lifecycle management to deliver these projects. The Senior Project Manager will be expected to ensure the POD meets its utilisation targets and assigned projects deliver to time and budget, applying rigorous control throughout the project lifecycle.You will work directly with key large customers to deliver enterprise-level Azure Public Cloud and Microsoft Modern Work Implementations and Migrations, attending face-to-face meetings as required and maintaining senior stakeholder engagement and sponsorship during various stages of project lifecycle. The role will also involve leading cross-functional teams from members of Cloud Direct Managed Service, Account Management, and Business Operations such as Finance.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of complex project initiatives with project teams and project delivery across geographies in an Agile environment.Act as a key account stakeholder for fluid delivery of various integrations within the account from across the business.Engage with customer senior management to ensure Cloud Direct is fully represented as a key technology partner aiding account management teams and other various Cloud Direct avenues into these accounts.Demonstrate a high-level control over budget, change, risks, and issues for all in-flight projects.Host internal and external meetings, with technical teams, customers, and third parties.Manage a team of Associates, Consultants, Architects, and occasionally project administrators/coordinators.Chair Agile Ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and sprint retrospectives.POD sprint planning, capacity forecasting, task allocation, backlog management, ensuring all available resources have been allocated work within a sprint to meet their capacity targets and completing the tasks within the sprint with minimal cancellation/carry-over of tasks.Set and continually manage project plans and expectations - develop Project Initiation Documents and appropriate specifications, co-ordination of technical & commercial sign-off activity.Regularly report on project status, metrics, milestones, and success criteria - analyze and troubleshoot problem areas.Ensure the delivery of new products or services from Projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Program plan and Program governance arrangements.Work creatively and analytically to solve problems demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Work across teams to prepare estimates and detailed project plans, whilst retaining a highly flexible approach to change.Provide leadership and coaching;
