Then this might be the role for you!Our client is a property development company that is looking to welcome a Project Manager into their team to help them achieve their goal of sustainable and responsible town development. As the Project Manager, you would be required to execute the land manufacturing processes for the conversion of land into valuable real estate assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as managing symbiotic relationships between the built and green environment to ensure sustainable urban development. You will manage the land transfer process as well as engage with property brokers and clients. You will project manage the company's joint venture initiatives, manage ad hoc development projects, and execute the marketing strategies for these joint venture operations. You will be responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders, as well as providing support to the managing director in the execution of the business strategy. Requirements:BSc in Urban and Regional Planning (or relevant tertiary education)3-5 years of work experience in town planningAdvanced practical knowledge of MS Office applicationsStrong knowledge of town planning, township servicing, and project managementAbility to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersMust be based in Mbombela, Mpumalanga
