Job Duties:Plan and manage construction projects from start to finishCoordinate and oversee project team members and subcontractorsDevelop project timelines and budgetsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetCommunicate project status updates to stakeholdersRisk management and problem-solving throughout project lifecycleRequired Qualifications:BSc in Civil EngineeringBSc in Construction ManagementExperience:Minimum of 10 years of project management experienceExperience using Microsoft Project softwarePrior experience managing construction projectsKnowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of construction processes and techniquesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise effectivelyProficiency in project management tools and softwarePreferred Qualifications:Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP)
