Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: West Coast District, Vredenburg, St Helena Bay Job Type: 6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Job Duties: Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and oversee project team members and subcontractors Develop project timelines and budgets Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Communicate project status updates to stakeholders Risk management and problem-solving throughout project lifecycle Required Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering BSc in Construction Management Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience Experience using Microsoft Project software Prior experience managing construction projects Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficiency in project management tools and software Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP)
