Leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.Your responsibilities:Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects and defining, jointly with the project controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial planning, scheduling, and risk management plans.Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitoring and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyses, and shares lessons learned throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements. Coordinating with supply chain management, and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Supporting supply chain management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes.Acting as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background:A bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field is required.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the local Market, medium voltage or high voltage is preferred.Familiar with SAS, RTU, Micro SCADA and should have practical experience with SAP PS, MS project or primavera, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other software and PMP prerequisite for Hitachi Energy PM certification.Demonstrate negotiation skills in interaction with internal and external customers and understanding of project contracts, consortium agreements and Incoterms 2010.Ability to assess, propose and implement solutions for rapid recovery of troubled or challenged projects and must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity.Experience in dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment.Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.About UsHitachi brings together the world's greatest minds to help breathe life into new possibilities – and drive innovation for a better future.
