Manage all processes used in financial and administrative matters.
Prepare reports for internal use and external stakeholders, adhering to requirements and NWU policies.Financial Monitoring and Control: Keep abreast of changes in NWU financial policies and guidelines and advise management and staff.
Oversee/fulfill the KFS Fiscal Officer role.
Assist in the budget control process and discuss OU financial results with OU managers.Project Audit Management: Lead all audit matters with external and internal audit.
Ensure compliance with funders' requirements for audit.Project Income Management: Prepare project proposals and budgets, ensuring adherence to NWU financial policies.
Review calculations of funding applications for correctness.Human Resource Management: Complete, review and process all HR-related matters.
