Duties & ResponsibilitiesDetailed Deliverables:Provide guidance and support to more than 5 workstreams and sub-projectsCreate standardization on reportingProvide strategic overviewDaily program management throughout the program/project life cycleDefining the program/project governance (controls)Planning the overall program/project and monitoring the progressManaging the program's/project budgetManaging risks and issues and taking corrective measuresCoordinating the projects and their interdependenciesManaging and utilizing resources across projectsManaging stakeholders' communicationAligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change managerManaging the program/project documentation such as the initiation documentMinimum RequirementsMust be in Project Management for 10 years or moreManaged project team inclusive of vendors/suppliersAble to make key decisions for the program or projectManage financials for the projectsMust have regulatory knowledge and experience and have managed large complex risk projectsMust have a solid understanding of a regulatory reporting technology landscapeProficient in project management methodologies and toolsGood knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniquesGood understanding of the wider objectives of the programGood knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation proceduresThe ability to find innovative ways to resolve problemsMust be able to engage with very senior stakeholders
