Job Title: Project Manager Location: Botswana, Jwaneng  Job Type: 36 mont Contract (Full-Time) Primary Industry: Mining Job Duties: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Lead project teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks and issues Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders Manage project budget, resources, and timelines effectively Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mining industry Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the mining industry Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Understanding of mining operations and industry regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Master's degree in Project Management or related field Working Conditions: Work in an office and on-site at mining locations May require travel to different project sites Work full-time hours, with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
