Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can:Manage the project resources (including people, systems, time and budget) from the initiation of an identified project to the end of the defined project lifecycle or process in order to deliver on project goals and objectivesCreate Project Plans through collaborating with Team MembersLead Project Team MeetingTrack tasks, resources, and timelinesContinuously develop own expertise in terms of industry and subject matter development and application thereof in an area of specializationMaintain and build relationships for purposes of expectation management and project reportingFocus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectationsLead indirect teams by providing a meaningful context, setting performance standards and educating on processManage the quality of delivery in line with predefined quality standards, procedures, SLA's and project plans to ensure customer goal achievementImplement and use governance and compliance procedures and processes effectively to identify and manage risksContribute to the development of project budgets, control and report on budgeted resources to meet the project objectivesAssist with the creation of change management plans and implement these to maximize the adoption and/or usage and minimize resistanceCompile and maintain relevant project documentation in accordance with agreed project procedures and methodologies to effectively support project delivery as well as comply with audit requirementsCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsMonitor actual project progress and resolve issues speedily to enhance effective client service deliveryYou will be an ideal candidate if you:Education:Minimum Qualification - Completed relevant undergrad degree/diplomaPMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.Experience:Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management.Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.Certifications:Preferred Qualification - Project management accreditation or certificationCAPM, PRINCE 2You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborateChallenging WorkingOpportunities to innovateYou can be a match if you have:Project Management Skills:Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Leadership and Team Management:Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.Time Management:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Are you interested to take the step?
