The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of capital markets software.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the capital markets sector.Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading platforms.Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience with capital markets software, such as Calypso.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of SQL and database management.BPM Experience is highly advantageous What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading company in the capital markets software industry.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
