In short, any business of any size can benefit from our solutions whether it's a start-up or a corporate, with the ability to adapt your solution to fit ever changing industries.Role and Responsibilities:Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.Configuration of Fusion Software's application platforms.Provide training to clients on Fusion Software systems.Potential Travel to clients within the country if required.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.Excellent client-centricity skills and ability to work at client sites.Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.Excellent written, verbal communication skills and organizational skillsExcellent team-building skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.Ability to manage urgent asks simultaneously.Good business acumen and commercial skillsCollaborative, passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with a commitment to succeed.Decisive with good attention to detail abilityWorks on problems of moderate scope, often varied and non-routine where analysis requires a review of a variety of factors.Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial analysis for review.Strong verbal, written,Required Experience:Moderate level project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environmentModerate level client engagement experienceDemonstrated understanding of the project life cycleModerate level experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.Advantages:1-3 Years working experience in a Software support or implementation environment.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Project Management degree or equivalent with a moderate level of related experienceSalary: R20k- R40k commensurate with experience and skill.
