Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage mineral processing projects from initiation to closure.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the Mineral Processing industry.PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.In-depth knowledge of mineral processing techniques and technologies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
