Reference: 9450 MLR Consultant: Michelle le RouxJob Description:Preparation of client quotations based on the previous year's invoiced amounts considering any discounts, scope changes, overruns and ad hoc work/non-recurring workClient feedback from the 'client kick-start meeting' wherein they post-mortem the past reporting Suite and discuss the reporting suite requirements for the ensuing financial year.Quotes are required to be at the rates for the ensuing year and include quoting for design, typesetting, language services, placing adverts, printing (litho and digital), mail room services and mailing costs.Progress billing schedulesEnsure client job bags have been opened for the full reporting suite on the Production systemPrepare and load Cost Sheets for each element of the reporting suite on Production systemInternal interactions such as Traffic manager, Production team, Mail house and printers, Freelancers, FinanceClient liaisonKeeping clients abreast of the project timelines slippageCommunication channel between the client and production for reporting element documentation, scope changes, element documentation pages etc.Signing off print proofs at the printerQualifications:University degree/diploma in finance and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position or businessMatric with at least a C pass for maths and at least 3 - 5 years' experience in the financial reporting industry or a large advertising agency where they were responsible for servicing several client campaigns simultaneously.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to?******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
