REQUIREMENTSMatric, relevant qualification advantageous2 3 years in similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to delivery advantageousStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong teamwork skills DUTIESMaintain relationships with all customersAttend site and project meetings and site surveysManaging spreadsheets.Dealing with customer queries and snagsBriefing all departments with job requirementsManage all projects timeously and efficiently.Attend to ADHOC projects as and when requested by Management or as required by operational procedures.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Attain new businessSubmit workflow reportsTaking full responsibility for customers, assist with resolving debtors queries, updating customer information and additional services as requested within set time periodsCompilation of presentations when requiredAdhering to high ethical and professional standards.
