Project Manager

Our client is looking for an energetic and vibrant Project Manager to manage a Private School in Gauteng.
You will be required to take overall responsibility for the management of the operation.
Minimum requirements:Tertiary qualification in Hospitality sector5+ years experience in a similar role as a Project ManagerExcellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock and stock controlChef background with good culinary flairAbility and knowledge to assist with menu development and function designFoster and maintain healthy client relationshipsStrong administrative and organisationals skillsExperience in managing small and large functionsGood knowledge of OHSE requirementsExperience with managing large number of staff in a teamConfident in HR related matters, staff training and upskillingStrong leader with excellent work ethicWork well under pressure
