Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & QualificationsMatric or Grade 12 & - Bachelors Degree Project Management Professional Certification (PMP Certified) -MUST HAVEKnowledge/ experience in SCRUM (Preferable Certified Scrum Master)At least 3 to 5 years experience in Project Management Car and drivers license.Experience in Project Management tools such as MS Projects and Smartsheet.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsPrimary Role AccountabilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationPrepare Project presentations and chair Weekly Project Meetings and Steering Committee Ensure the correct escalation processes are followed and that Project Sponsors & Project Owners are kept abreast of any unresolved issues or risks
