Job Objective: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The main objective of the Project Manager is to efficiently manage projects and teams to deliver high-quality products and services within optimal timeframes and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project management plans.
Conduct risk analysis and schedule projects effectively.
Identify resources and create a functional Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Plan, monitor, and oversee project progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
Define objectives, responsibilities, and work plans for project team members, managing the team effectively.
Ensure positive cash flows on all projects.
Execute project cost control, reporting, and administration.
Negotiate with suppliers and clients, gathering quotes and placing orders.
Manage projects throughout their life cycles and conduct project close-outs.
Attend tender meetings and assist project and engineering teams with tender processes.
Skills and Qualifications: Acknowledged qualification in Project Management.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a Project Manager.
Technical knowledge to develop accurate project plans for multi-disciplinary environments.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in complex problem-solving.
Assertive with negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with standard contract types such as NEC, FIDIC, and main customer General Conditions of Contract (GCCs).
